VILLA ROJA
Villa Roja follows the style of the typical houses of the Mallorcan south-east, characterized by its rectangular shape and pitched roof. It has two heights and a basement that serves as a machine room and laundry room. There are also various outbuildings such as a large garage and a private pool.
Access to the house is via a stone tower containing the staircase that connects the ground floor with the upper floor and the basement. The west wing of the ground floor has been conceived as a space whose large dimensions allow the creation of several differentiated environments through the furniture, which also has a fireplace. From here you can access the kitchen and adjoining pantry, as well as the sumptuous porches that surround the house. The east wing has been used privately and has a living room, also with a fireplace, from which two bedrooms, one en suite, a bathroom and a toilet are accessible. The rooms have large windows that open onto the pool area.
On the first floor, a wing accessed through a large hall, there is a spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace and two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms have large windows that let in natural light and, more importantly, offer the opportunity to contemplate the wonderful landscapes of the Mallorcan countryside. The main room also has a small terrace overlooking the pool and the grounds of the house.
